Data Sharing Policy

The Faculty of Education Scientific Journal encourages authors to make available the data underlying published findings, so that they can be verified and reused, while protecting participants' privacy. The journal is guided in this by the standards and Code of Ethics (2011) of the American Educational Research Association (AERA).

Data availability statement

Every empirical article includes a short data availability statement before the reference list, in one of the following forms:

  • The data are available within the article or its appendices.
  • The data are deposited in a public repository (such as Zenodo, Figshare or OSF), with the link or persistent identifier.
  • The data are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request, with the reason they are not publicly available.
  • Not applicable, as no data were generated or analysed in this study.

Research instruments

Data collection instruments (questionnaires, tests, observation checklists and interview guides) are included as an appendix or supplementary file at submission, unless rights restrictions prevent it.

Participant privacy

No data that could identify students, teachers or other participants are shared; personal identifiers are removed before any sharing, in line with the consent given for the study.

Data citation

Datasets used or produced are cited in the reference list with their persistent identifier where one exists.
