Message from the Editor-in-Chief
Preface of the Editor-in-Chief
It gives us great pleasure to present to all researchers and readers the latest issue of Sirte University Scientific Journal (SUSJ). It is our utmost desire that our readers will find the papers given in this issue beneficial, useful and very challenging and stimulating. SUSJ presents its readers and followers with scientific research in different applied and scientific disciplines, areas and other related fields. The scientific research presented in this journal follows high international standard of scientific research together with excellent presentation, investigation and strict adherence to the scientific methodologies, originality and the right empirical procedures.
This issue of SUSJ research puts forward to its readers and followers, research papers at a high international standard using the research of distinguished elites of researchers from both Sirte University and other universities and institutes from inside and outside the state of Libya. The journal would not have seen the light if it was not for the help and support of those elite and professional researchers and arbitrators. This has raised the bar of quality and research by presenting excellent efforts and standards by those involved in the publication of this issue of SUSJ.
I must stress here that past and present experiences and help and support of all staff and colleagues have played an extremely vital role in improving the standards of this issue by reducing the shortcomings and mistakes of the past. It is vitally crucial to emphasis the fact that it is the ability of all those involved in preparing this issue to be humble and open to suggestions and even criticisms are the main reasons that made the issue special and unique in the hope that the learning curve will always be rising.
Finally, I would like to offer my sincerest thanks as well as my deepest felicitations to all those who have worked so hard in order to put this issue in the realm of existence knowing full well that we are not perfect and hope that our shortcomings will be forgiven.
