Copyright Policy

The Journal of Future Studies – Sirte University (JFSS) respects the intellectual property rights of authors and rights holders and is committed to protecting the copyright associated with scholarly works published in the journal in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, authors are required to complete the journal’s approved Copyright Form or Declaration, which specifies the rights relating to the publication and electronic dissemination of the manuscript.

A manuscript published in the journal may not be republished, in whole or in part, by another entity, in any language or through any means of publication, except as permitted under the journal’s applicable copyright terms and agreements.

Authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions to use any materials owned by third parties, including text, tables, figures, images, or other materials protected by intellectual property rights.

Authors must also properly acknowledge the original sources of materials used in their research and bear responsibility for any infringement of the intellectual property rights of third parties.

The journal’s Copyright Policy is consistent with its Open Access Policy and Author Self-Archiving Policy.
