Copyright Policy
The International Journal of Engineering Research (IJER) is firmly committed to safeguarding authors' rights and protecting intellectual property. The journal operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing scholarly publishing and adheres to the highest standards of academic integrity and research ethics.
Authors retain the copyright of their articles. All published content is made available under an open-access policy, which permits others to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text, or use it for any other lawful purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors.
All submitting authors are required to complete a formal declaration and commitment form, confirming their adherence to the recognized standards of academic publishing and ethical research conduct. In cases where scientific misconduct such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or any other form of unethical behavior, is confirmed in a published article, the editorial board will take appropriate action. This includes notifying the corresponding author upon verification of the misconduct, submitting a formal report with supporting evidence to relevant academic platforms, and permanently banning the author(s) from publishing in the journal. Furthermore, an official notice outlining the nature of the violation and the actions taken will be sent to the institution(s) affiliated with the author(s).
