Editorial Policy
The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is an essential model for International Journal of Engineering Research (IJER) and is subject to rigorous peer review and adherence to established standards of publication ethics. It is necessary to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the publication process: the author, the editorial board, the peer reviewer, and the publisher, to ensure the highest standards of professional integrity.
Any submitted manuscript, or substantial parts of it, must be original and must not be under consideration by any other journal. Submission of the same or substantially similar work to multiple journals concurrently constitutes a breach of publication ethics and is strictly prohibited. In general, manuscripts should not have already been published in any journal or other citable form.
Authors are required to ensure that material submitted as part of a manuscript does not infringe upon any existing copyrights, intellectual property rights, or the rights of a third party. Any such infringement will be considered a serious violation of ethical publishing standards.
