About the Journal

Research journal: a refereed and classified scientific periodical, issued by the Faculty of Arts - University of Sirte-Libya during the months of March and September of each year. It was established in 1997, and holds a legal Deposit No. 393/2015, at the National Book House in Benghazi, and is accredited by the Department of publications and works of art at the Ministry of culture and Knowledge Development in Tripoli by Resolution No. 58 of 2023 issued by the director of the General Administration of publications and works of art, in addition to obtaining the international standard serial number is line ISSN: 3079-8140 and print ISSN: 2518-5985, the Journal has an Arab impact factor of (2.85) in 2025, and is an official member of the Crossref organization, where its research includes digital object identifiers DOI. The magazine is also indexed within Google Scholar and databases of knowledge of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It also holds the fourth classification (Q4) in the directory of Libyan electronic magazines for the year 2024 and the third classification (Q3) for the year 2025 according to the Arab influence coefficient arsif.

The journal accepts research and studies related to the humanities and Social Sciences submitted by researchers, faculty members and specialists. The research submitted for publication must have originality, language integrity, style, methodology, and meet the standards, controls, and conditions of scientific research (formal and objective).
