Publishing Procedures Guide in the Journal

The research papers shall be sent to the e-mail of the Journal on behalf of the editor-in-chief of the journal, provided that they are attached to the application form for the publication of the research. The researcher is obliged to fill in the acknowledgement form, in which he acknowledges that the research is not derived from any book or scientific thesis, and has not been previously published or submitted for publication. The editorial board of the journal registers the research in a special register and informs the researcher of the receipt of his research. The papers are presented to the editorial board, and after confirming their compliance with the conditions and publication controls, they are referred to specialized arbitrators, and the evaluation is carried out according to a form sent to the arbitrator indicating his decision on whether to accept the research for publication or not, and making formal and objective comments about the research. The research and the reports of the arbitrators related to it are treated with strict confidentiality. If the arbitrators ' responses differ on the result of the research evaluation (negatively and positively), the research is referred to a third arbitrator to decide whether to accept the research for publication or not. The editorial board shall notify the researcher of the amendments as received from the arbitrators, provided that the researcher shall make the required amendments within a period of time not exceeding two weeks from the date of transmitting the notes to him. The editor-in-chief notifies the researcher whether his research is accepted for publication or not. After the researcher is notified of the acceptance of his research for publication, the copyright is transferred to the Journal, and the accepted research may not be published in any other journal or periodical, or participate in a scientific conference or symposium, and the researcher is required to fill out the copyright form.
