Publication Procedures

• Research papers are to be submitted to the journal’s email in the name of the Editor-in-Chief, accompanied by the research submission request form.
• The researcher must complete a declaration form confirming that the research is original, not derived from any book or academic thesis, and has not been previously published or submitted for publication.
• The journal’s editorial board registers submitted papers in a special record and notifies the researcher of receipt.
• Papers are presented to the editorial board, and after verifying compliance with publication requirements and regulations, they are referred to two specialized reviewers. The evaluation is conducted using a form sent to the reviewers, in which they indicate their decision regarding acceptance for publication and provide formal and substantive comments on the research.
• All papers and related reviewers’ reports are handled with strict confidentiality.
• In case of اختلاف in reviewers’ decisions regarding the evaluation outcome (acceptance and rejection), the paper is referred to a third reviewer to make a final decision بشأن its acceptance for publication.
• The editorial board notifies the researcher of the required revisions based on the reviewers’ comments, and the researcher must complete these revisions within a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of notification.
• The Editor-in-Chief informs the researcher whether the paper has been accepted for publication or not.
• Once the researcher is notified of acceptance, copyright is transferred to the journal. Accepted papers may not be published in any other journal or periodical, nor presented at any conference or scientific seminar. The researcher is also required to complete the copyright transfer form.
• Payment of review and publication fees is required: (USD 100) for researchers outside Libya, and (300 Libyan Dinars) for members of academic institutions and research centers داخل Libya.
