Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the level of performance of the faculty members by showing the relationship between the organizational trust and its impact on the level of performance of the application on the members of the teaching staff at the University of Ajdabia. For this purpose, a questionnaire questionnaire was designed specifically for this purpose. After analyzing the data using the statistical package (SPSS) I have reached the following conclusions:
The level of organizational confidence is high among the members of the teaching staff at the University of Ajdabia. There is a positive correlative correlation between the organizational confidence and the performance level in the study sample. The study concluded the following recommendations: - The university should benefit from the high level of performance among its teaching staff members by motivating them And create real jobs for them to benefit from them and instill confidence in them in organizing and pushing them to take leadership positions, establishing channels of communication working through technology as well as informal channels working through direct interaction and coordination activities to maintain and raise the level The faculty's performance, acceptance of faculty members to the values and trends of the university means that it is consistent with their values and trends, the university must maintain the relationship between them and the members of the teaching staff and enhance their satisfaction with work and thus increase the level of confidence in the university, which leads to create a good impression of the university Others
