The study traced the mechanisms used in planning the Italian agricultural settlement project from scientific missions and field studies that presented the results of the studies they conducted on Libyan soil before starting the implementation, which contributed greatly to the success and development of the project.
The study also traced the mechanisms and systems of implementation of financial financing systems, and plans for the acquisition of land necessary for the project.
It also traced the stages that the project went through, gradual and diversified, and at the end reached results that showed the extent of the agreement of the Italian officials and the unification of their visions about the necessity of the success of the settlement of Libya despite their different ideas and the stages of their mandates, and that the settlement was the real goal, and the first goal of the Italian occupation of Libya in 1911 f, and the study confirmed that planning is The first stage of successful implementation.
