Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the role of demographic aspects and managers' strategic insights towards strategic management in Libyan General Electric Company, understanding the elements that impact perusing strategic management by company' managers. This study adopted the descriptive analytical methodology for the purpose of this study, and a descriptive method was reasonably employed in this study, and study’ sample were targeted sample, mainly, managers' of the case study company (60 units). The total of questioners analyzed were (58) questioners. Questioners used as a main data collection tool for this study, and data gathered were analyzed using SPSS package to approve or disapprove study’ hypotheses. This study identified the strong relationship and effects between demographic aspects, managers' strategic insights and perusing strategic management in the case study company in Libya.
