تحديات تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المراجعة الخارجية في البيئة الليبية – دراسة استطلاعية من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين

يشهد مجال المراجعة الخارجية توسعاً متسارعاً في استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لما توفره من إمكانات تسهم في تحسين كفاءة وجودة أعمال المراجعة. ومع ذلك، لا يزال تبني هذه التقنيات في الدول النامية، ومنها ليبيا، يواجه العديد من التحديات التنظيمية والتقنية والبشرية، مما يحد من الاستفادة الفعلية منها في الممارسة المهنية. وانطلاقًا من ذلك، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تحديات تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المراجعة الخارجية في البيئة الليبية، من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأقسام المحاسبة بكليات الاقتصاد بجامعتي الزاوية وصبراتة وأكاديمية الدراسات العليا (فرع الساحل الغربي). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، واستخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداةً لجمع البيانات، والتي جرى تحليلها باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية. (SPSS) وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مجموعة من التحديات التي تعيق تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المراجعة الخارجية بالبيئة الليبية، تمثلت في التحديات القانونية والتنظيمية، والمهنية، والبشرية، والتقنية، والمالية، بالإضافة إلى التحديات المرتبطة بجودة البيانات وأمنها وخصوصيتها، وكذلك التحديات الأخلاقية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير إطار تشريعي وتنظيمي داعم، وتعزيز التدريب المهني، وتحسين البنية التحتية التقنية بما يدعم تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المراجعة الخارجية.
