Abstract

study aimed to identify the relationship between the types of moral values ​​in the decision-making process of managers of the company Sirte oil production and gas processing in the city of Brega, and the study community of all managers in the study community, the number of (40) managers. 2. The results showed that the levels of administrative decision-making were moderate, with an average of 3.88. This indicates a satisfactory level of administrative decision-making. The high level of administrative decision-making was due to increased efficiency Ethical
3. The results showed that there is a strong positive relationship between ethical values ​​and administrative decision-making in general. This means that the higher the moral values ​​among the managers of the company in question the stronger the decision-making process. The field.
