Abstract

This study aimed to identifying the difficulties and problems of teaching science subjects at the primary stage from point of view of teachers in Sirte region. It used the descriptive survey method by using phrase for questionnaire consists of six fields with 32 statements. The study sample consisted of 45 teachers from the primary schools in 2022/2021. The questionnaires fields covers the problems in writing if teaching aims, problems related to books , problems related to teaching methods, problems related to lab activities  problems related to teacher and problems relates to students. The study found that three fields came with high response (problems related to teaching methods, problems related to lab activities, problems related to teachers) were as three fields came with medium response degree include the problems related to the book, students, and aims of teaching.
