Abstract

This study aimed to identify: "Job rotation and its impact on job performance - a field study by application to workers in the Gulf Distribution in Sirte affiliated to the General Electricity Company, and the results of the study showed the following: (3.81) and a deviation (0.604), as for job performance, it came with a high degree of practice, an average (3.85) and a standard deviation (0.790), also it became clear that there is no significant effect for each of the dimensions: (Training - Job design) on job performance, while it is there is a significant effect of the dimension (procedures & systems) on job performance, There are one of the important recommendations of the study was the following: That the company adopt the job rotation system to include each of the departments, sections and offices in the Electricity company in Sirte, and also pay attention to training on job rotation and the work of programs and courses to ensure that it is fully understood and implemented As well as focusing on the process of designing jobs effectively and efficiently, provided that the job design process includes the merits and details of job rotation and the programs supporting it, in addition to emphasizing on increasing awareness and awareness among Employees of the importance of job performance and follow the means to ensure its success and development.
