The reality of the organizational climate and its relationship to the performance of workers in the Ministry of foreign affairs of Yemen. (case study Consulate and Immigrants Dept. 2023)

The aim of this research is to know the reality of the organizational climate and its relationship to the performance of the employees of the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs - a case study of the consular department and expatriates -, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach, the researcher has made a comprehensive survey of all employees in the department and distributed questionnaires to all of them with a number (63), and all of them have been restored and after the work of statistical analysis of the evidence by the program (SPSS) a set of results were reached, the most important of which are: Thea reality of the organizational climate in the Consular and Expatriate Department of the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs is high, the performance of employees in the Consular and Expatriate Department of the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs is high, there is a statistically significant relationship between the reality of the organizational climate and the performance of employees of the Consular Department and expatriates at the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The researcher made a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to strengthen the good organizational climate and develop it continuously, attention to workers in the consular and expatriate department at the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs as they are the most important resources and the importance of the work of the department, continuing periodic meetings and meetings for workers, which contributes to unifying their ideas and visions about work and promoting teamwork.
