فعالية المكافحة الحيوية للفطرTrichoderma harzianum ومستخلصPistacia atlantica في إدارة مرض العفن الطري المتسبب عن بكتيريا Pectobacterium carotovorum في البطاطا صنف إلموندو

الملخص

قيّمت هذه الدراسة الفعالية التآزرية لمستخلص Trichoderma harzianum وPistacia atlantica  ضد العفن الطري الناتج عن Pectobacterium carotovorum  في صنف البطاطس ألموندو . شملت التجربة خمسة معاملات في ظروف الصوبة، تم قياس الإنزيمات المضادة للأكسدة (CAT, POD, PPO, SOD) ومؤشرات الإجهاد التأكسدي (MDA, H₂O₂) ومعايير النمو بعد 3 و12 يوماً من المعاملة. أظهرت النتائج أن المعاملتين المدمجة (T4) والوقائية (T5) خفّضتا الإجهاد التأكسدي بشكل معنوي مقارنة بمُعاملة المسبب المرضي (T2)، حيث سجلت T4 أدنى مستوى لـ H₂O₂ (37.27 ميكرو مول/جرام وزن طازج) بعد 3 أيام. كما عززت المعاملتان نشاط إنزيمات الدفاع ومحتوى البروتين. وحُفظ طول الساق الرطب في T4 (45.17 سم) وT5 (46.33 سم) مقارنة بـT2  (31.83 سم). يُعد دمج هذين العاملين الحيويين استراتيجية مستدامة لإدارة العفن الطري عبر حث المقاومة الجهازية في النبات.
