Conditions for participation in the conference

Accommodations for participants for conference research papers are free of charge, taking into account the following conditions:

• The research paper meets the recognized scientific conditions.
• The research paper must not be published or accepted for publication previously.
• The research paper should be submitted according to the conference template, which can be obtained from the conference website.
• The research paper should be submitted in (MS WORD) format and no other format will be considered.
• The number of paper pages should not exceed 8 pages for the English language and 10 pages for the Arabic language, and the writing should be in one column as stipulated in the template approved by the conference.
• The full Papers should be sent before the deadline indicated for full paper submission specified by the Conference Preparatory Committee and referred to in the conference brochure and the conference website.
• Registration should be done in the form prepared by the Preparatory Committee for registration in the conference, which can be obtained from the conference website.
