الملخص

تستكشف هذه الدراسة وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تجاه تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على الإنتاجية الأكاديمية في سياق جامعة سبها، ليبيا، من حيث الأنشطة التعليمية والبحثية والخدمية. استخدمت هذه الدراسة المقطعية منهجًا وصفيًا تحليليًا، وتم جمع البيانات من 240 عضوًا من هيئة التدريس من خلال استبيان موثوق. تسد الدراسة فجوة في المعرفة حول جاهزية الذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئات التعليم العالي ذات الموارد المحدودة. تم الإبلاغ عن مواقف إيجابية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بشأن دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي في المناهج الدراسية في معظم المجالات الدراسية. تشير النتائج إلى أن الجنس والدرجة الأكاديمية لم يكن لهما تأثير كبير، وأظهرت الأدلة أن سنوات الخبرة أثرت بشكل كبير (p ≤ 0.05) على مواقف أعضاء هيئة التدريس. تقترح النتائج وجود قبول واستعداد أساسيين بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس، مما يوفر فرصًا استراتيجية للقيادة الإدارية. تقترح الدراسة بناء نظام شامل يغطي تعزيز التكنولوجيا، والتدريب المستهدف، وسياسات تنظيمية واضحة لتنفيذ الذكاء الاصطناعي. ستساعد هذه النتائج صانعي السياسات في التنقل خلال التحول الرقمي في السياقات الليبية وغيرها من السياقات التنموية المماثلة، وتبرز أهمية تصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في استراتيجيات اعتماد التكنولوجيا الناجحة
