Publication Procedures

  1. Manuscripts should be sent to the journal’s email address, addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, accompanied by a completed publication request form.
  2. The author must complete a declaration form, affirming that the manuscript is original, not plagiarized, and has not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
  3. The Editorial Board registers the manuscript and notifies the author of receipt.
  4. Manuscripts are reviewed by the Editorial Board. If they meet the journal’s scope and basic requirements, they are sent to at least two specialized peer reviewers. Evaluation is conducted using a standard form.
  5. Manuscripts and reviewer reports are handled with strict confidentiality.
  6. If reviewer recommendations conflict (accept/reject), the manuscript is sent to a third reviewer for a final decision.
  7. The author is notified of required revisions based on reviewer comments and is given a maximum of two weeks to implement them.
  8. The Editor-in-Chief notifies the author of the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection.
  9. Upon acceptance, the copyright is transferred to SUJH. Accepted manuscripts may not be published elsewhere or presented at conferences without permission. The author must complete the copyright transfer form.
  10. Payment of the publication fee is required.
