فاعلية برنامج إرشادي قائم على التمكين النفسي في خفض أعراض اضطراب الضغوط ما بعد الصدمة لدى أمهات الشهداء

هدفت هذه الدراسة لقياس فاعلية برنامج إرشادي قائم على التمكين النفسي لتعزيز الصحة النفسية وتقليل أعراض اضطراب الضغط الناتج عن الصدمة عند الأمهات اللاتي فقدن أبناءهن في ليبيا. تم استخدام منهج شبه تجريبي لأنه يناسب طبيعة أهداف هذه الدراسة. تتكون العينة المستهدفة بالبحث الحالي من أمهات الشهداء، واللواتي تم اختيارهن من منظمة من أجلك لحقوق أسر الشهداء في مدينة مصراته، والمتوقع أن يكون حجم العينة (40) أماً، حيث يتم تقسيم العينة عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية في ضوء الدرجة المرتفعة على مقياس اضطراب الضغوط ما بعد الصدمة ، وذلك بواقع (20) أماً في المجموعة التجريبية التي تتلقى البرنامج الإرشادي الجماعي القائم على التمكين النفسي، والمجموعة الضابطة وعددها (20) أماً، لم يتلق أفرادها أي تدخل إرشادي، سوى الإجابة عن مقياس البحث الحالي( القبلي، البعدي، المؤجل). تم استخدم أدوات قياس كمية مثل مقياس اضطراب الضغط الناتج عن الصدمة، بالإضافة إلى أدوات نوعية مثل الملاحظة والمقابلات. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى فعالية البرنامج في تقليل أعراض اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى الأمهات المشاركات، من خلال دعم قدراتهن النفسية ومساعدتهن على التكيف مع مشاعر الفقدان
