الفصل اللوني للغاز – يكشف قياس الطيف الكتلى (GC-MS) عن المركبات النشطة بيولوجيا الموصوفة حديثا في مستخلصات أزهار فرشاة الزجاج الحمراء Callistemon viminalis

أستهدفت الدراسة عزل المركبات النشطة بيولوجيا من الرحيق الزهري لشجيرة فرشاة الزجاج الحمراء Callistemon viminalis العينة ((Lc بالاستخلاص المدعم بتفنية GC-MSفي صورة مستخلص نباتي خام واظهرت النتائج ان المركبات الرئيسية التي تم تحديدها بواسطة تحليل كروماتوغرافيا الغاز- مطياف الكتلة 2,3-Dihydro-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl-4H-pyran-4-one (9.09) ، Hexadecanoic acid derivatives (4.45) ،13-Docosenamide , (3.67 ) Long-chain fatty acid esters, (3.29 ) 9-Octadecenoic acid (Oleic acid) (18.95) على التوالي وأن تحليل GC-MS اعطي كفاءة استخلاص كبيرة من حيث محتوى المستخلص من المركبات الفعالة التي تم تحديدها ويشير وجود فئات المركبات إلى أن العينة ( ( Lcقد تكون مشتقة من مصدر طبيعي يحتوي على كل من الدهون والكربوهيدرات.
