SUJH is committed to ensuring articles are published according to appropriate quality controls as swiftly as possible and disseminated widely for science and knowledge.The journal operates under a Diamond Open Access model, which involves no Article Processing Charges (APCs) or submission fees. Your article will be immediately and permanently available upon publication in SUJH. All services—from article processing and evaluation to professional production in various electronic formats—are covered without cost. There are no fees for rejected articles, nor charges based on article length, figures, or supplementary data.
SUJH follows aDouble-Blind Peer Review process. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential to ensure maximum integrity and objectivity. Manuscripts that meet initial submission criteria are sent to at least two specialized reviewers selected based on their academic expertise.Reviewers assess the manuscript against specific criteria, including: originality, methodological quality, clarity of presentation, validity of analysis, contribution to the field, and adherence to academic ethics. The publication decision is based on the review results and includes the following options:Accept as is, Accept with minor revisions, Accept conditional on major revisions, or Reject with clear scientific justification. SUJH respects intellectual property and aims to protect the original work of submitting authors.The journal’s policies strictly oppose scientific articles containing plagiarized material that fails to meet standards of quality, research, and innovation. Authors must adhere to ethical standards and refrain from plagiarism in any form. If plagiarism is detected in a submitted manuscript, the journal will contact the author for an explanation within two weeks. If the Editorial Board is not satisfied with the response, stringent measures will be taken, which may include rejection and blacklisting.
Authors of SUJH may archive copies of their published work on their personal websites,institutional repositories, or subject-specific repositories. As an open-access journal,articles are immediately available under an open-access license. Authors are encouraged to share the final published version (Version of Record) rather than the accepted manuscript. Authors may reuse the article’s metadata(title, author names, publication date) on any platform, including social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, blogs, Twitter), provided they link to the original article on the SUJH website, including the DOI. Authors may also archive the accepted manuscript(post-peer review) in personal, institutional, or subject repositories. SUJH imposes no embargo period on self-archiving.
1. To ensure academic integrity, submitted manuscripts must adhere to ethical standards and avoid plagiarism in any form. All submissions undergo initial screening using plagiarism detection software, followed by an editorial pre-check for readiness and compliance with journal policies.

SUJH is committed to preventing conflicts of interest among editors,staff, and researchers, whether personal or institutional. Editorial board members and staff must act with integrity, avoid using their positions for personal gain, and must not use unpublished research for their own advantage. Direct communication with authors regarding their manuscripts is prohibited; all correspondence must go through the editorial office. Manuscripts are sent to reviewers anonymously, and reviewer comments are sent to authors without revealing reviewer identities. All parties must maintain confidentiality and not accept gifts from authors.
SUJH requires authors to make all data underlying published results available.Authors are urged to ensure the confidentiality of participant identities in qualitative and quantitative data before sharing with editors or the public. The research methodology is an essential part of the evaluation by editors and reviewers. The journal’s data sharing policy aligns with the 2011 AERA Council recommendations and its Code of Conduct.
