The main findings of the study have been concentrated around the low level of structural diversification. In addition, the Libyan economy has been affected by the current oil price crises in many sides such as: GDP, Exports and government revenue .
the study recommendations have focuced on the necessities of the structural diversification taking in account that, the education, employment, macroeconomic policies should be redrowing in favour of this process. Furthermore, the study recommended that the technology used in the Libyan economy have to be improved. Finally, The study results have indicated that it is time to merge the Libyan economy in the knowledge economy.
