This study aimed to inestigate exploitation of Libyan digital news sites for the solutions journalism approach in addressing economic issues, specifically applying this to sites such as: (Libya Economic News), (Economic Echo), and (Libya Economic), during the period from 1 January to 31 March 2025, using a comprehensive approach to all published topics in the sample study. The study relied on a media survey method and content analysis tool for a sample of 723 topics. The study concluded that the main economic problem addressed by Libyan news sites was the issue of liquidity shortage, followed by low salaries, and the depreciation of the local currency ranked second. All the reported stories addressed the reasons behind the problem with solutions and focused on how to implement the solutions rather than praising them in the news stories presented in this field
